Taylor Diem, a former Regis University men's soccer standout, returns to Regis in a coaching role after two seasons as an assistant coach at Johnson and Wales. Diem enters into his first season as an assistant coach under head coach Tony McCall in 2018. As an assistant coach at JWU, Diem spent two seasons with the Wildcats, guiding the team to its first Association of Independent Institutions (AII) Conference Tournament appearance in 2015. Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Diem is 2013 graduate of Regis University where he played three seasons with the Rangers. At Regis, Diem was named to the Daktronics All-America First Team and the NSCAA All-America Second Team as well as being named RMAC Defensive Player of the Year and All-RMAC First Team in his senior season. Diem was one of the most decorated Rangers during his junior season when he was selected NSCAA All-Central Region Second Team, Daktronics All-Central Region First Team and All-RMAC Second Team.
Co-Director/Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach
Alex Schultz enters his first season as assistant coach under head coach J.B. Belzer in 2018. Schultz was a graduate assistant with the women's soccer program in 2016 and 2017. Schultz most recently spent time in Major League Soccer as a Soccer Development Intern with Sporting Kansas City in Kansas City, Missouri. Prior to the internship with Sporting Kansas City, Schultz served as the women's soccer student assistant at Division I Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Schultz holds a M.A. in Sport Coaching and Athletic Administration from Regis University. He graduated from CSU with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion.

J.B. Belzer, Women’s Soccer Head Coach
A native of Edmond, Oklahoma, JB attended and played soccer at the University of Tulsa. Over his 25 year career he has trained and developed hundreds of athletes at the high school, college, and Olympic level. JB has spent 21 seasons as the head coach of the Regis University Women's soccer program and is just the second head coach in program history. He has amassed an impressive 261-119-25 (.667) record over that time. He has led the Regis Rangers to RMAC Championships seven times ('96, '00, '01, '03, '10, '11, '12) and have participated in nine NCAA tournaments over his tenure.
Elizabeth Howard, Women’s Soccer Graduate Assistant Coach
Howard earned her degree from Montana State University-Billings where she was a two-year member of the women's soccer team. While there, she was presented the Quest for Excellence Award for demonstrating teamwork, hard-work, dedication, discipline and passion on the women's soccer team. Prior to MSU-Billings, she spent her freshman and sophomore seasons at Arkansas State University, being named to the Academic Honor Roll in 2013 and 2014. Her coaching experience includes stints as the head coach for the Magic City SC during the spring of 2016. She also served as the assistant women's soccer coach at Montana State University-Billings in the spring of 2016. Additionally, Howard was the Academy Coach at Challenger Sports in Sacramento/Los Angeles in the fall of 2016 and in Denver during the fall and spring of 2017.
Kaiser is a 2018 graduate of Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia where he played all four seasons with the Senators. At Davis and Elkins, Kaiser got recognized with the Joe Carroll Leadership Award during his time as a team captain. He was also awarded with the Academic Achievement Award of the Sport Science department at Davis and Elkins College in 2018 and received the ADA Academic Achievement Award in 2017. Kaiser was selected for the Great Midwest Academic All-Conference Team in 2016 and 2017, while being named Second Team All-Conference in 2017.
